How do I check the status of my order?

To track your most recent orders, please simply click on "Track My Order" in the upper right of any Soufeel page. This is the easiest and fastest way to get the most current information regarding your Soufeel orders. Or, welcome to contact our Customer Service Department via live chat or email for more detailed information.

1st,  click Track My Order in the upper right of Soufeel page;


2nd, enter the email which has been used to place the order and track;


3rd, if it says "Sorry, we cannot find any orders using this email. Please make sure the email you entered is the one used to place your order(s)." That means a different/wrong email address provided or you placed the order as a guest. 

4th, please reach us by starting a conversation with order number, full name as we ll as the email address associated with your purchase so that we can further check.
