1. Wrap a measuring tape or piece of string loosely around the wrist at the wrist bone, mark the spot where the ends meet. The reading on the tape or on yardstick or ruler with laying the string against will indicate your wrist size.
2. After obtaining a measurement of the basic wrist circumference, add 1/2" to 1 1/4"(or 1 cm to 2 cm) to that measurement to allow for movement and flexibility. (Note: adding size depending on the size and number of decorative charms/beads, as they may reduce the room for your wrist. We recommend you add 1/2" to your wrist size to get the bracelet size, if your decorative charms are not more than 6.)
